Three more federal appeals court judges are planning to take senior status upon confirmation of their successors, giving President Joe Biden vacancies to fill on the Fourth and Sixth circuits.

Judges Helene White and R. Guy Cole of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit informed the White House earlier this month that they will take senior status, the Ohio-based court confirmed Tuesday.
