Wolfgang (Wolf) P. Kreutzer is leading the Purchases and Outsourcing pillar of the Global Transactions Group of The Procter & Gamble Company. Wolf established the Purchases practice group in 2004, leading a team of attorneys advising the Purchases Organization on all matters supply chain, ranging from advertising agencies, construction to IT matters. In 2007 he assumed the additional responsibility for the Company’s Global Outsourcing activities and negotiated all of the Company’s deals between 2007 and 2017. The deals range from Information Technology Outsourcing, Business Process Outsourcing, Human Resources Outsourcing, Facilities Management Outsourcing and Real Estate Outsourcing; ranging from small to multi-billions dollar deals. Wolf is also is responsible for policy setting and advises the Chief Procurement Officer of The Procter & Gamble Company on all relevant legal issues.

Hilary Mabbott is the Director of Functional Transformation for the Corporate Law, Government Relations, and Health, Safety, Environmental, Product Stewardship & Sustainability functions at Honeywell International. Focusing on people, process, technology, and metrics, she is involved in leading initiatives across the company, from establishing a Voice of the Customer (VOC) survey to driving digitalization strategy and execution to implementing a new contract lifecycle management tool. Hilary joined Honeywell in 2006 as Leader, HR Process Strategy & Analysis for the Corporate Human Resources Strategy & Transformation team. In 2009 she returned to her finance roots and joined the Corporate Controllers team, where she supported global Human Resources Services and later, Corporate Legal.

Ed Sohn is the Global Law Innovation & Technology Leader at EY aiming to advance the technology enablement agenda across EY’s Legal Advisory practice and LMS and drive legal innovation initiatives globally.
Previously, Ed served as the VP of Product Management and Partnerships for the LMS business at Thomson Reuters. In that role, he oversaw the product portfolio that tech-enabled their managed services and was responsible for the launch and growth of their new e-discovery product and alliances supporting the contract management line of service.
Ed has held several leadership roles in the LMS business, including over two years based in New Delhi, India. Prior to joining Thomson Reuters, Ed was a business litigation associate at King & Spalding in Atlanta, GA, where he is still based. He is a frequent public speaker and author, contributing expertise as the thought leader in areas of litigation management, contract management, e-discovery, managed services and the business of law. He graduated in law at the University of Pennsylvania Law School and holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
