DETROIT AP - A Detroit woman accused of persuading auto workers to withdraw about $600,000 from retirement accounts has been convicted of fraud.Prosecutors say Mary Kennedy Howard filed hardship requests, which can allow people to withdraw money from a 401k account to buy a house. But there were no houses, and Howard took a 10 percent fee.
