Many of the largest law firms do not appear to be looking to change their mental health policies in the wake of inquest findings into the death of Pinsent Masons partner Vanessa Ford.
So what can individuals do to cope in such a stressful industry?
In this video, Law.com International editor-in-chief Paul Hodkinson explains that interviews and private conversations with partners at these institutions have shown people at the senior end also struggle and receiving counselling is fairly common, but that there are things people can do to help themselves. And everyone can learn from others.
