Allen Matkins hired John Murphy as its new strategic pricing director, and promoted Adam Stock to chief information officer and Ramona Whitley to chief business development and marketing officer. Stock joined the firm as director of marketing and business development in 2006, and Whitley joined as director of client services in 2012. Murphy previously held positions in pricing and project management at Hanson Bridgett and Littler.
Fisher Phillips hired Steven Alvarado as an associate in the Irvine office. Alvarado’s practice focuses on employment litigation, and previously was an associate in Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith’s general liability and transportation practice.
