J. Gregg Miller Jr. has joined Coblentz Patch Duffy & Bass as a partner in the real estate and land use practice. Miller represents clients on a broad array of real estate transactions, including multi-property portfolio acquisitions and dispositions, complex land-use matters, leasing and secured lending. Miller, a 1998 graduate of the University of San Francisco School of Law, was a partner with Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman.

Helen Omapas has joined Los Angeles’ Fulwider Patton as an associate. Omapas specializes in trademark law. Her practice includes managing global and domestic IP portfolios, brand management and strategic counseling, trademark and copyright prosecution, maintenance, enforcement, IP due diligence, assignments, licensing, and clearance. She is a 2005 graduate of New York Law School.
