Federal prosecutor Heather Tewksbury sometimes jokes that she has three children — a 2-year-old, a 5-year-old and the criminal price-fixing case she began working on six years ago.

As a trial attorney in the San Francisco field office of the Antitrust Division, Tewksbury saw her career baby grow up in 2012 with the conviction and sentencing of AU Optronics Corp. for its role in a global conspiracy to fix prices for liquid crystal display, or LCD, screens.
