9th Cir. B.A.P.
11-1529

The Bankruptcy Appellate Panel affirmed a bankruptcy court judgment. The court held that the Supreme Court’s decision in Stern v. Marshall 131 S.Ct. 2594 (2011) did not apply to deprive a bankruptcy court of statutory and constitutional authority to enter a final judgment resolving an adversary proceeding in which creditors disputed their real property lien priority based on underlying state law principles.
