Paul Jasper has joined Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis as a partner in the business services department and the corporate and finance and creditors’ rights and business restructuring practice groups. Jasper, most recently with Dewey & LeBoeuf, received his J.D. from UC-Berkeley School of Law in 1997.
Littler Mendelson has added Margaret Keane as a partner. Formerly at Dewey & LeBoeuf, Keane focuses on labor and employment law and corporate transactions. She graduated from University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1986.
