Global cannabis company Cookies SF LLC is facing a lawsuit over an alleged breach of agreement that one company says granted them exclusive rights to open the first “Cookies” branded retail stores in New York.
Plaintiff Cookies Retail claims in their Manhattan Supreme Court lawsuit that Cookies SF LLC and other defendants inked a 2019 master rollup agreement that granted Cookies Retail first dibs on establishing new stores in the region.
