The suit accuses Wouter Witvoet of allegedly misappropriating trade secret information for the benefit of EquityBee Inc. and other defendants. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 3:23-cv-05030, Section Partners Management, LLC v. Equitybee, Inc.
