Eversheds Sutherland filed a trade secrets lawsuit on Sept. 29 in California Northern District Court on behalf of investment firm Section Partners Management. The suit accuses Wouter Witvoet of allegedly misappropriating trade secret information for the benefit of EquityBee Inc. and other defendants. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants.
