A State Bar Court judge on Monday set a late November trial date for Joe Dunn, rejecting the former bar executive director’s second motion to dismiss the remaining misconduct charges against him.

Judge Yvette Roland said she will hear the bar’s allegations that Dunn misled agency trustees in 2014 about costs he incurred while traveling to Mongolia with former state bar president Howard Miller and staffer Thomas Layton. Dunn has said Mongolian government officials invited them to discuss creating a lawyer-licensing program.
