Dinsmore & Shohl welcomed the labor and employment team of Rachel McClintock, Kelsey Scherr and Annie Turner to the firm’s expanding West Coast roster. McClintock and Scherr join as partners, and Turner joins as a senior associate of counsel. Specializing in the health care, technology, manufacturing and service industries, the team keeps busy with a full scope of employment issues, including counseling, FEHA claims, administrative claims, class actions and PAGA claims. McClintock joins the firm with nearly two decades of experience practicing law in the Midwest and on the West Coast, handling trials, arbitrations and mediations in various jurisdictions. Prior to practicing law, Scherr was a teacher at Aspire Public Schools and a Teach for America corps member. Turner began her legal career clerking for the U.S. District Judge Roslynn R. Mauskopf for the Eastern District of New York.

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani welcomed John Rosenthal as a partner in the firm’s San Francisco office. He joins the firm’s environmental and toxic tort, products and general liability, and commercial litigation practice groups. Rosenthal focuses his practice on complex product liability defense litigation, toxic tort litigation, environmental litigation, and general litigation matters. He represents individuals, small companies, and national corporations in all state and federal litigation stages. Rosenthal has resolved a range of cases as first-chair trial counsel, co-chaired several trials to defense verdicts, and prevailed on appellate briefs, including before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
