Weg focuses his practice on complex business, real estate, antitrust, trade secrets, cross-border international arbitration disputes, and sophisticated insurance matters. He has experience handling matters through all stages of civil litigation, pending in both state and federal courts, as well as in both domestic and international arbitration.

Eney’s practice encompasses advising a diverse range of tax-exempt organizations, philanthropists and nonprofit leaders on tax and corporate matters, enabling them to advance their mission, reflecting her long-standing commitment to the nonprofit sector. Prior to joining Loeb & Loeb, Eney was a partner at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius where she advised tax-exempt organizations for a span of time totaling over a decade. Eney maintains a particular focus on helping private foundations, companies, and family offices navigate the federal tax regime applicable to foundation grant-making, investments, and operations.
