Amid a string of IP group moves in 2023, a four-lawyer IP litigation team has departed Shearman & Sterling for trial boutique Reichman Jorgensen Lehman & Feldberg in Northern California, Shearman announced Monday.
The team, led by partner Matthew Berkowitz, joined the firm in mid-April, ahead of the news that Shearman & Sterling and Allen & Overy would merge. Berkowitz is joined by partner Patrick Colsher, counsel at Shearman, and associates Yue (Joy) Wang and Aaron Morris.
