He joins the firm from Norton Rose Fulbright and has more than 25 years of experience representing employers in all aspects of labor relations and employment law matters. Henderson’s labor relations experience includes NLRB litigation, collective bargaining, due diligence in connection with corporate mergers and acquisitions, arbitrations, union elections and related litigation. Additionally, through his national workplace safety and health practice, he provides strategic and practical advice on compliance with workplace safety regulations and defends employers in OSHA litigation in California and across the U.S.

Based in Orange County, Buck will serve as an arbitrator, mediator and special master/referee, handling construction defect, insurance, personal injury, professional liability and real property disputes. As a litigation attorney, Buck specialized in complex commercial and residential projects (including long-cause matters), insurance coverage, real estate (disclosure, misrepresentation and flipper cases), class actions, homeowners’ associations, major land subsidence/geotechnical defects, medical malpractice, wrongful death/catastrophic personal injury, subrogation and general tort/negligence and product defect cases.
