An employee of legal technology firm CS DISCO Inc. has filed a charge with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission against the company, alleging discrimination and sexual harassment by one of the company’s clients at a law firm.

According to a copy of the EEOC charge filed on Sept. 7 sent to Law.com, the complainant, Moneet Kohli, immediately encountered an unwelcoming environment toward women at DISCO. For instance, Kohli said a former colleague created a hostile environment with “exclusionary and territorial” behavior such as “mansplaining” and multiple interferences in interactions with clients.
