Attorneys at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton on Thursday removed to California Central District Court a lawsuit against AT&T Mobility alleging unauthorized transfer of half a million dollars worth of cryptocurrency. The suit, filed by Geurts Law Firm on behalf of Amwear USA and Scott Li, claims that Li’s mobile phone was switched from AT&T to non-party T-Mobile without authorization, resulting in the loss of cryptocurrency. The case is 5:22-cv-00431, Li et al v. AT&T Mobility LLC et al.
