John Nadolenco of Mayer Brown has entered an appearance for Pandora, the music streaming service, in a pending copyright infringement lawsuit. The suit accuses Pandora of broadcasting 57 digital versions of comedian Andrew ‘Dice’ Clay’s standup routines without a valid license and without making any royalty payments. The complaint was filed Feb. 7 in California Central District Court by King & Ballow on behalf of Brave Lion Inc. The lawsuit is part of a series of copyright suits over Ron White and George Carlin he case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Dale S. Fischer, is 2:22-cv-00817, Brave Lion, Inc. v. Pandora Media, LLC.
