A federal judge overseeing the antitrust battle between Fortnite developer Epic Games Inc. and Apple Inc. denied the tech giant’s request to stay a court order directing Apple to allow links to external purchasing options in the App Store until appeals filed by both companies have been resolved.

U.S. District Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers of the Northern District of California called Apple’s motion to stay the injunction “fundamentally flawed” in an order Tuesday evening.
