Morgan & Morgan and other law firms filed a class action Tuesday in California Southern District Court accusing Prime Insurance Solutions of selling counterfeit or nonexistent ‘PregnancyCare’ surrogacy insurance policies. The complaint contends that 700 surrogate mothers and intended parents were subjected to the scheme. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 3:21-cv-01753, Angeles et al v. Omega Family Services LLC.
