Venable filed an environmental lawsuit Tuesday in California Central District Court against Technicolor USA. The complaint was filed on behalf of BLT Cole LLC, which accuses Technicolor of causing millions of dollars of damage to property in Los Angles where it formerly used to process film from the 1920s to the 1970s. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:21-cv-08109, Berdan Cole LLC et al v. Technicolor USA, Inc.
