Gutride Safier filed a consumer class action Wednesday in California Northern District Court against Kellogg over its brands MorningStar Farms, Special K, RX and Bear Naked. The suit contends that these foods contain less protein and health benefits than advertised. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 3:21-cv-07388, Brown et al v. Kellogg Company
