A federal judge criticized Google’s attempt to “do-over” a request to seal portions of lawsuits in the Google Play antitrust litigation against the tech company.

In an opinion Wednesday, U.S. District Judge James Donato of the Northern District of California mostly turned away Google’s second attempt to seal “highly sensitive confidential business information” in complaints from consumers, developers and states. However, Donato did order plaintiffs to seal a “small subset” of information involving specific deal terms that might be used against Google in other negotiations and deals.
