Bursor & Fisher filed a consumer class action Wednesday in California Northern District Court against smartphone manufacturer OnePlus Inc. and OnePlus USA Corp. The suit contends that One Plus 9 devices contain a throttle access to processing power for a number of popular applications. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 5:21-cv-05811, Wade v. OnePlus USA Corp. et al.
