A team of lawyers at Morrison & Foerster have asked a California federal trial judge to award $7.4 million in legal fees for the firm’s work in a long-running suit over surreptitiously videotaped conferences held by the National Abortion Federation.

The Morrison & Foerster team successfully advocated for the National Abortion Federation, which sued the Center for Medical Progress and Biomax Procurement Services LLC over claims that secret recordings violated provisions of conference exhibitor and confidentiality agreements.
