A federal judge has refused to block enforcement of large portions of three California laws aimed at limiting state and local agencies’ cooperation with the Trump administration’s crackdown on undocumented immigration.
"If there is going to be a long-term solution to the problems our country faces with respect to immigration policy, it can only come from our legislative and executive branches," U.S. District Judge John Mendez in Sacramento wrote Thursday.
