An Allentown lawyer has been suspended from practicing law after pleading guilty to failing to pay withheld payroll taxes to the Internal Revenue Service.
Douglas Marinos has been suspended on consent, effective May 3, the Pennsylvania Disciplinary Board announced Tuesday. In January, Marinos pleaded guilty to one felony count of willfully failing to collect, truthfully account for and pay taxes owed by his law firm.
