    Defendants moved to dismiss plaintiff's action asserting military judge and military appellate courts erred in ruling that certain of her communications with a VA psychotherapist were not protected from disclosure under the military rules of evidence in the court martial of master sergeant she accused of sexually assaulting her and court found some of her claims were barred by sovereign and judicial immunity and court lacked subject matter and equitable jurisdiction over the her other claims. Motion granted.
