Kivitz, who represented Andrea Constand in her civil suit against Bill Cosby, when they were hit with a subsequent lawsuit in which the comedian alleged they violated confidentiality provisions of a settlement agreement. Meanwhile, in a case that rocked the Pennsylvania legal community, Swartz Campbell also successfully appealed a trial court’s nearly $1 million sanctions award against attorney Nancy Raynor.
