McNeil Consumer Healthcare, a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson and the maker of Tylenol, has entered into a settlement for an undisclosed sum to resolve more than 200 cases.

The settlement was reached Feb. 10, according to a motion to establish a settlement fund filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Details on the terms of the settlement were not clear and the settlement agreement itself was not released Feb. 10.
