PepsiCo Inc. won summary judgment in a Pennsylvania federal court over claims it reneged on a $30 million oral agreement for the installation of energy efficiency equipment in 100 of its facilities worldwide.
U.S. District Judge Gene E.K. Pratter of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania also denied summary judgment to third-party defendant Gregory Jennings, the president and CEO of plaintiff Power Restoration International.
