Debra S. Rosen, a partner with Archer & Greiner, was honored by the Garden State Council, Boy Scouts of America as a recipient of the Women of Achievement award, bestowed upon women in business from the six counties in Southern New Jersey.

Rosen received the award for Camden County during a reception Dec. 5.

As vice president of legal for the Garden State Council, Rosen advises the organization’s leadership on all legal matters that arise.

At Archer & Greiner’s Haddonfield, N.J., office, Rosen concentrates her practice in complex environmental and toxic tort litigation as well as environmental due diligence and compliance.


The Barristers’ Association of Philadelphia is set to host the 2014 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Breakfast from 7:30 to 10 a.m. Jan. 20.

The association will recognize attorneys and judges who have been leaders in the Philadelphia legal community and made significant contributions to the city and the region at large through their work, dedication and public service.

Marc S. Raspanti, a partner in Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, presented at the American Bar Association‘sHealth Law Institute in Washington, D.C.

Raspanti participated on the panel “Navigating Stormy Seas: Ethical Issues in Qui Tam Litigation Under the False Claims Act.”

Duane Morris promoted four area attorneys to the firm partnership.

The new partners are:

Erin M. Duffy, of the health law practice group, concentrates her practice on corporate health care regulatory matters.

Patrick J. Kearney, of the trial practice group, has a national construction law and real estate litigation practice, handling a range of matters in federal and state courts across the United States and before arbitrators for international and domestic clients.

Brett L. Messinger, of the trial practice group, concentrates his practice in the areas of international and commercial litigation, banking litigation and law, consumer class actions, products liability, and more.

Robert M. Palumbos, of the trial practice group, helps companies and entrepreneurs resolve complex legal issues in appellate and commercial litigation.
