Laura Anne Corsell and Don E. Felice joined McCarter & English‘s Philadelphia office.

Corsell joined as partner and Felice as special counsel.

Corsell counsels investment companies and investment advisers with respect to the Investment Company Act of 1940, the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and related federal and state regulations.

Felice focuses his practice on matters relating to the regulation of investment companies, investment advisers and their service providers.

Adam E. Gersh, a shareholder in the labor and employment practice group at Flaster Greenberg, is scheduled to present at the 22nd annual Garden State Council of the Society for Human Resources Management conference October 28.

Gersh will present the segment titled “Investing in Investigations: Keys to Making Sure Your Investigation Will Help Protect Your Organization,” highlighting best practices to help make workplace investigations useful in defending employment actions and minimize risks.

He focuses his practice on the representation of businesses in employment and business disputes in the federal and state courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania and before federal and state administrative agencies.
