The Pennsylvania Court of Judicial Discipline has ordered Thomas M. Nocella removed from the bench as a Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas judge for conduct that violated the state constitution and brought the judiciary into disrepute.
The court also ordered that Nocella be ineligible to hold judicial office ever again in Pennsylvania.
