Aida Ayala, naturalization clerk, is administering the oath to the new citizens. John E. Savoth, immediate-past chancellor of the Philadelphia Bar Association, will offer remarks on behalf of the PBA.
Approximately 92 applicants from 40 countries will be naturalized.
Jeremy D. Mishkin, a partner with Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads, delivered the Media Law Resource Center‘s Internet law committee presentation of “Computer Fraud and Abuse Act — From the Basics to the Cutting Edges.”
Mishkin is the chairman of the firm’s litigation department and its e-commerce, social media and Web-based business practice.

Tecce currently focuses his practice primarily on intellectual property litigation.
Hsing specializes in patent-related issues in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical arts.
Adam E. Gersh was elected shareholder at Flaster Greenberg.
Gersh is a member of the firm’s litigation and labor and employment practice groups.
Edward M. Nass was named managing partner of Howard, Brenner & Nass and David E. Brenner is now of counsel to the firm.
Shari Shapiro, an associate in Cozen O’Connor‘s energy, environment and public utilities practice group, was appointed to the board of directors of the Keystone Energy Efficiency Alliance.
KEEA is a nonprofit trade association dedicated to promoting the energy efficiency and renewable energy industries in Pennsylvania.
Shapiro focuses her practice on renewable energy, energy efficiency and green building. She is a LEED accredited professional.
