Judge Gwendolyn Bright of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas reduced the $25 million punitive damages award in Clemmons v. Lehr to $1 million in a Thursday order, shrinking what had been one the court’s largest verdicts of 2023 to a total of $2.2 million.
