Longtime Kraft Heinz General Counsel Rashida La Lande was promoted to chief legal and corporate affairs officer at the end of last year, the company disclosed in its newly filed proxy statement.
The filing also noted that her compensation fell by 22% last year, as she received a significantly smaller stock award; $3 million in 2023 compared with $4.3 million the year before. Her total compensation was $5.2 million last year, down from about $6.4 million in 2022.
