The business litigation firm formerly known as Littleton Park Joyce Ughetta & Kelly has lost a group of five attorneys, led by one of its former founding partners, who have spun off and founded their own products liability and business litigation boutique P&K Park, with offices in Pennsylvania, New York and New Jersey.
The new firm, led by Korean business practice attorney Yong Jin Park, includes partners Daniel Kain, Sei Joon (Steve) Park, Christine Emery and Amanda Kim, as well as associate Charles Gilliam-Brownlee. The firm officially opened Feb. 12.
