The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has agreed to hear arguments in a dispute over $70,000 in legal fees that may answer open questions about how local municipalities allocate money for legal spend.
The state Supreme Court has taken up the case Kleinbard v. The Office of the District Attorney of Lancaster County, granting allocatur in three questions dealing with how public money can be spent for outside legal fees.
