Turo, the peer-to-peer car rental company, the Bristol Police Department other defendants were hit with a lawsuit on Oct. 25 in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court claiming injuries from the high-speed pursuit of a suspect in a motor vehicle. The court action was brought by Clearfield & Kofsky on behalf of two adults and four minors who were allegedly injured due to the negligence of police officers. The case is 2:23-cv-04118, Anderson v. Borough Of Bristol.
