Cintas, a Cincinnati-based supplier of corporate uniforms and supplies, was sued for disability-based employment discrimination on Aug. 28 in Pennsylvania Western District Court. The suit was brought by the Workers’ Rights Law Group on behalf of a former delivery driver who was allegedly terminated in retaliation for requesting medical leave after breaking his foot at a non-work event; according to the complaint, an HR manager refused to grant medical leave because the defendant ‘had a business to run.’ Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:23-cv-01545, McGraw v. Cintas Corporate Services Inc.
