Duda began her career at the firm in 1990 as a summer associate and joined as an associate in 1991. At the time, Duda didn’t know that she would open the door for many women to follow in her footsteps, but she led the way as a member of the Stradley team representing global leaders in the asset management and financial services space, including Franklin Templeton, Macquarie Group, Dimensional Fund Advisors and UBS Asset Management.

During her three-decade career, Duda handled at the time certain industry firsts arising under the Investment Company Act of 1940, including obtaining novel U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission exemptive orders, one of which concerned the implementation of a unique institutional complex of mutual funds involving fund-of-funds and asset allocation. Other firms and clients followed Duda and the firm’s exemptive order model to use for their business benefit.
