The Superior Court of Pennsylvania upheld a lower court’s decision to throw out legal malpractice claims against Am Law 200 firm Saul Ewing.

The original decision held that the claims filed by American Mushroom Cooperative and Giorgi Mushroom Co. were barred by the statute of limitations after Saul Ewing submitted a motion for judgment on the pleadings, which revolve around legal advice Saul Ewing provided the cooperative from 2000 to 2005.
