GNC Holdings, the seller of health and nutrition products, sued Bluepoint Enterprise Inc. Ketut Trading Inc. and other defendants Tuesday in Pennsylvania Western District Court over trademark infringement claims. The lawsuit, brought by Vorys Sayer Seymour & Pease, accuses the defendants of advertising and selling non-genuine and materially different products bearing GNC’s trademarks without authorization. Lawyers have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:23-cv-00432, GNC Holdings, LLC v. Ketut Trading Inc. et al.
