Bank of America on Friday removed a consumer class action centered on the bank’s financing of automobile purchases to Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The suit, filed by Flitter Miilz P.C., accuses the defendant of failing to provide consumers with proper notice before repossessing their vehicles for supposed default. Bank of America is represented by McGuireWoods. The case is 2:22-cv-04440, Nelson et al v. Bank Of America, National Association.
