After 20 years at Drinker Biddle & Reath and its post-merger successor Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath, Michael Zogby said the chance to get in “on the ground floor” to aid Barnes & Thornburg’s rapid expansion across the East Coast with longtime co-counsel was an offer he couldn’t refuse.

In his move to Barnes & Thornburg, Zogby, who served as deputy leader of the products liability and mass tort group Faegre Drinker, was joined by five fellow attorneys—three partners and two associates—and clients in the pharmaceutical, medical device and consumer manufacturing spaces, whom the lawyers defend in multi-district litigations and mass torts.
