Citing an increase in the demand for cross-border transactional legal representation, Cozen O’Connor has expanded its international corporate team with the addition of five lawyers in Vancouver who hail from Canadian law firm Miller Thomson.
The additions coincide with the relocation of the firm’s Vancouver office from 885 West George St. to 550 Burrard St. in the Bentall 5 Skyscraper of Vancouver’s downtown area, firm leaders said Monday.
