Countryway Insurance Company sued Walmart, Carlisle Commons LLC and other defendants for Monday in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The lawsuit, brought by Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, seeks declaratory judgment that the insurer has no duty to defend or indemnify parties named in a slip-and-fall personal injury case. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:22-cv-00198, Countryway Insurance Company v. Jones et al.
